Russian Navy is from OPI's Russian Collection, which in my opinion is one of the best collections they have ever done. Here I have two coats. This is just a gorgeous color!
I added a streak of Essie's Set in Stones from the Luxeffects line. I absolutely love how this turned out! Can't stop looking at it :)
